As Founder and CEO of GrowDGtal, Dan leverages 30 years of diverse experience in sales, marketing, and product management to help leaders of software and technology businesses (and those who invest in them) grow. His focus on helping clients clarify their market, persona and messaging has helped companies grow to achieve a wide variety of results, including dramatic revenue growth, significant external investment and exit via acquisition. Dan resides in Greenville, South Carolina with his wife Becky, four kids, and a growing collection of cats and dogs; and enjoys coaching youth sports and traveling.

Ben has served as the Vice President at Grow DGTAL since its founding in 2021. Since founding the company with Dan, Ben has overseen the day-to-day operations of Grow DGTAL. Ben currently holds certifications in SEO, HTML/CSS, and Google Ads. However, he is also proficient in Meta, LinkedIn, and various other platforms. Ben currently attends the University of South Carolina’s Honors College studying International Business and Management. In his free-time, he enjoys competing in triathlons. He recently completed his first Ironman in the fall of 2022.

Ryan has worked as the Outbound Lead Generation Manager of Grow DGTAL since 2021. In this role, he serves our clients by driving prospect interaction and generating leads though email marketing, social media management, and content creation, and he also provides his experience in building his own small business. Ryan is currently an International Business and Finance student at the University of South Carolina’s Honors College, and he is known for being able to talk about baseball and his Washington Nationals for hours!

Jordan serves our clients by creating relevant and effective content that drives audiences to company products, through managing social media accounts and designing graphics. She is currently studying International Business and Marketing at the University of South Carolina’s Honors College, where she also minors in Media Arts and Spanish. Her favorite pastimes are reading, drawing, and playing recreational sports.

Johnny is passionate about web technologies and loves working at the intersection of creativity and user friendly interfaces. He started programming video games when he was 12, and when he moved from Yap, Micronesia to the US in 2018, he started designing and creating websites for local businesses. Johnny is skilled in web programming languages including HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery. Johnny’s hobbies take up a good portion of his leisure time. He’s either biking, exploring video game experiences, or listening to delightful music.
